These Terms and Conditions explain how enquiries, bookings, and services work at Shivlok Tours. By using our website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to follow these terms.

1. Enquiry & Itinerary Creation

When you submit an enquiry form, you provide the basic details required to plan your trip.
Using this information, we prepare a customised itinerary including:

• Places to visit

• Hotel category

• Vehicle type

• Total travel days

• Estimated trip flow

We do not offer fixed packages. Every itinerary is created according to your dates, preferences, and requirements.

2. Trip Timings & Destination Coverage

Our tours operate between your arrival time and a safe return time for our drivers.
We aim to show you all selected destinations, but the final coverage depends on:

• Your arrival time in Indore

• How early we can start the trip

• Temple crowd and rush

• Traffic and seasonal factors

• Time spent at each place

• Approx. 9 AM to 8 PM operational window

If you arrive on time and coordinate properly, we can help you cover more destinations.
However, completing all selected destinations in one day is not guaranteed, especially during peak crowd or late arrival.

We will always guide you honestly on what is possible within the available time.

3. Service Terms

• We operate only from Indore.

• You must arrive in Indore by flight/train/bus on your own.

4. Food Policy

• Morning Breakfast is complimentary from our side.

• Lunch and dinner are not included.

• We will recommend good restaurants based on your route.

5. Pricing & Custom Packages

Trip prices are not fixed.
Cost may vary based on:

• Dates and duration

• Hotel type

• Vehicle category

• Number of travellers

• Additional requirements

• Seasonal factors

A quotation is shared only after reviewing your enquiry and planning your travel.

6. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when:

• You approve the itinerary

• You accept the final pricing

• You make the required advance payment

Until payment is received, no hotel, vehicle, or service is held or guaranteed.

7. Services We Provide

We offer:

• Private vehicle services from arrival to departure

• Hotel coordination as per selected category

• Assistance in planning travel and temple visits

• Support for temple puja bookings where possible

We can help with puja arrangements such as Bhasma Aarti or Mangalnath Pooja, but confirmation depends on temple rules and availability, and cannot be guaranteed.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate enquiry details

• Be available at the confirmed pickup time

• Follow temple rules and guidelines

• Inform us about special needs or health concerns in advance

Delays caused by the client may reduce sightseeing time.
Any changes after finalising the itinerary may affect cost and timing.

9. Transport & Timing

Our drivers follow a planned schedule to ensure safe travel and proper rest hours.
If delays occur due to the client, time at certain locations may be reduced.

10. Changes & Cancellations

Any post-confirmation changes must be discussed with our team.
Cancellation charges depend on:

• Hotel policies

• Vehicle booking terms

• Seasonal conditions

If you cancel after hotel or vehicle bookings are made, those charges will apply.

11. Limitations of Service

• We provide services only from Indore.

• We do not arrange travel to Indore.

• We cover destinations within approx. 100–150 km of Indore such as Ujjain, Omkareshwar, Maheshwar, Mandav, and nearby places.

12. Accuracy of Information

Hotel availability, puja slots, vehicle models, and temple timings may vary.
We will inform you of any changes as soon as possible.

13. Liability

Shivlok Tours is not responsible for:

• Weather, traffic, or road delays

• Temple timing changes or closures

• Lost personal belongings

• Situations beyond our control

We provide coordination and support but cannot control external factors.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry, using our website, or booking a trip, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
We may update these terms when required, and the latest version will always appear on this page.
